This process includes cutting-stamping a piece of stainless steel, the insertion of an EPDM gasket, sealing gasket with this stainless steel part, as a 100% odds of characteristics of parts produced. The originality of this production tool is that to do everything online at the same press.
The complexity of the process consists of a cutting tool stamping 12 steps 3 steps for preparing the foundation that will host the gasket, insert a post removal of the seal on its base, to a checkpoint 100% of the assembled parts. The tools are made of carbide and high performance steels, the active parts are coated with a surface treatment to work without oil.
To achieve this overall MECADECOUPE has used the expertise of the company AMIDEC (Visit the website AMIDEC ) for the transfer section, and ERMAP VIBRATION (Visit the site ERMAP VIBRATION ) for supply of seal in position. Both companies from Besancon contributed their expertise to MECADECOUPE which remained, however, force the master product and the production chain.
